arch separates the living and dining area - while a wooden stairway, used as a reading and music area, disappears into the ceiling. New to their home this year is a custom bathroom designed by neighbor architect, Ed Akins, www.MATTERarch.com. The bathroom features a contained wet area with rainshower and jetted tub. Unique custom cypress paneling and glass-lighted wood doors add to the feeling of sanctuary. The loft features custom lighting throughout, giving their home a charming glow after dark.
